Thank you for your interest in Rustic Hardware. Rustic Hardware is a division of Rustic Brands; a wholesale B2B company based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Rustic Hardware specializes in Vintage Reproduction Hardware in ceramic, glass, cast iron, and resin and natural elements.

Q: How did you get interested in hardware?

A: We have years of experience in the furniture painting business from both sides. We realized that there is a market for unique, high-quality hardware. We want to partner with vintage markets, boutiques, paint studios, antique stores, and creatives. Each piece has been hand selected to highlight current trends in furniture painting, restoration and repurposing.


Q: Where do you get your hardware?

A: We source Rustic Hardware from manufacturers all over the world. This gives our collection a unique, boutique feel. We are able to offer a high quality, low cost product due to the relationships we have established with our manufacturers. *Please note – all hardware is made by hand and some variances in color, size or finish may occur. Please take care in installing your hardware.


Q: How do I place an order for Rustic Hardware?

A: If you are interested in becoming a Retail Partner please visit www.rusticbrands.com and click the Wholesale Inquiry link and complete the form. You will receive an email with a link to create a password and set up your wholesale account. Once you do, you can order online – it’s that easy! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Retail Sales & Support Rep.


Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: We accept check, credit card or PayPal as payment for your order. Orders will be shipped after payment is processed. Your order should arrive within 10-14 business days.


Q: What are the minimum order and reorder amounts?

A: Minimum initial orders are $250. Reorder minimum is $100. Shipping is USPS Flat Rate 2-3 day Priority mail. We do offer tiered volume discounts on both initial orders and reorders. Please refer to the Hardware Pricing & Shipping Guide. *Please note: large orders of cast iron hardware may incur additional shipping charges.


Q: Do I need to sign a contract to become a retailer?

A: No, we want the process to be simple and easy for you.


Q: Do I have to order a minimum number per style?

A: No, you can order hardware in any quantity.


Q: Can I order samples?

A: Yes. We offer a Sample Pack for potential retailers for $20. It contains three pieces of hardware, one ceramic, one glass, and one cast iron piece and it includes shipping.


Q: Can I discount my hardware?

A: Yes. And, we encourage you to offer promotions using Rustic Hardware. It is a great idea to offer a percentage discount on the day of a paint workshop. Or, you could offer a bundle deal with a paint purchase.


Q: Do you offer your retailers a territory?

A: Rustic Brands partners with its retailers to cross-market and promote your business. We want you to be successful! We will not actively pursue other retail locations in your market as long as you are consistently ordering and promoting Rustic Hardware.


Q: You mention promotion a lot. What does that mean?

A: Social media is a great way to grow your business. Small businesses cross promoting one another helps everyone’s bottom line. The best ways to promote? Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest. Tagging, sharing, posting, tweeting and pinning. These interactions may seem small, but they can have a big impact in the social world.


Q: Does Rustic Brands provide market materials?

A: Yes! We send hardware tags with your order as well as our “Rustic Hardware Sold Here” window cling.


Q: What if I receive an item that is damaged?

A: All hardware is carefully inspected before it is packaged. If an item is damaged or missing, please contact your Retail Sales & Support Rep or call 770.727.5400 and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy.


Q: Can I sell Rustic Hardware online?

A: We offer an Affiliate Link Program to qualified retailers. Please email info@rusticbrands.com with your request or contact your Retail Sales & Support Rep.
